International Travel Rebound Workshop

We are excited to welcome the international visitor back to Western Montana. Glacier Country Tourism is partnering with Destination Missoula and Discover Kalispell to bring to our region three informative workshops on how to market to the international visitor by working with International Inbound (Receptive) Tour Operators. Learn how your state, regions and CVBs market to the international visitor and how you can benefit from their efforts. Hear from one of Montana’s preferred inbound tour operators, Rocky Mountain Holiday Tours, on how to price your product or service, and get essential tips on working with this lucrative market, along with tools and best practices to attract the international visitor to your businesses year-round. The international visitors we seek are couples or families traveling independently, known as foreign independent travelers (FIT). This workshop is not geared toward group or motorcoach travel.

We encourage our Glacier Country partners who specialize in lodging, guest ranches, and area attractions, as well as guides and outfitters, to register to attend one of these three FREE workshops in Missoula and Kalispell and learn how to diversify the markets they are currently in and gain market share of the international visitor coming to Western Montana.
