Glacier Country Tourism is dedicated to providing high quality trainings and workshops to our communities, businesses and organizations in Western Montana.
We partnered with AccelerateMT to develop a robust training program including Customer Service Essentials and Train the Trainer courses.
Throughout the year Glacier Country hosts the Glacier Country Tourism Summit, bringing together national and local industry leaders who present on a variety of topics from the basics of social media to developing tourism product. These workshops add to a business’s ability to succeed by staying current with industry trends, challenges, opportunities and knowledge of the economic importance of tourism to Montana.
The knowledgeable team at Glacier Country Tourism has helped us connect to the visitor and neighboring communities to really provide quality info to our guests. We have seen increased web traffic through Glacier Country Tourism online referrals. We have loved connecting with other regional tourism businesses to promote our area the best we can to the visitor.
