Training + Workshops

Glacier Country Tourism is dedicated to providing high quality trainings and workshops to our communities, businesses and organizations in Western Montana.

We partnered with AccelerateMT to develop a robust training program including Customer Service Essentials and Train the Trainer courses. These courses are hosted on the Glacier Country Tourism Academy.

Throughout the year, Glacier Country Tourism expands content to the Glacier Country Tourism Academy and hosts in-person and/or virtual summits on a variety of topics. These add to a business’s ability to succeed by staying current with industry trends, challenges, opportunities and knowledge of the economic importance of tourism to Montana.
