Our goal is to balance resident quality of life with the economic benefits tourism brings. We aim to attract visitors who value the experiences found in Western Montana’s Glacier Country and who respect our communities, landscapes and cultures. To do this, we focus on bringing in travelers who align with these values—dispersing visitation throughout the region and across the seasons, depending on each area’s capacity.
Our Destination Stewardship Plan helps us understand the wants and needs of our communities. From there, our Destination Organization Plan guides how we put those priorities into action through strategic marketing and responsible tourism management. Our annual report allows us to highlight our progress.
