2022 Request for Proposal (RPF)

Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission is pleased to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) notice for strategy and creative development, research, design, copywriting, photo/video art direction/production, marketing partnerships, print/digital media and marketing, CRM management, webpage marketing (SEO/SEM), social media management, call center, mail fulfillment, online content strategy and development to provide comprehensive services to create demand for visitor experiences which brings new revenue into our communities, stimulating economic development through business and job growth. The successful offeror must demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of each service outlined in the RFP to proactively execute the destination marketing, management and stewardship roles at outlined in our strategic plan.

Proposals submitted in response to the specifications shall comply with the following instructions and procedures outlined in the detailed RFP.

Proposals will be received by Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission at their office located at 4852 Kendrick Place, Suite 101, Missoula, MT 59808 for the following:

Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, proposals, or limited solicitation responses, wholly or in part, and to make awards in any manner deemed in the best interest of Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission.

NOTICE OF AWARD:

Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission hereby awards the FY 2024 agency contract to Windfall, Inc. (RFP No. 2022 – 01) for professional services for strategy and creative development, research, design, copywriting, photo/video art direction/production, marketing partnerships, print/digital media and marketing, CRM management, webpage marketing (SEO/SEM), social media management, call center, mail fulfillment, online content strategy and development.

The proposal and all associated files documenting our process will remain on file according to the Montana Tourism Advisory Council Rules and Procedures and Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission document retention policy.
